I have been reading lately that the number of people using speed of any type legal or not are on the rise, more so that adults over the age of 25 are taking things like this to get through the day. How common is this?

I am not sure about speed as a drug but I know a cousin of mine just purchased a new car, all the flash convertible and he is in his early 20's. Nothing scares me more than thinking how he could be dumb behind the wheel, its just as bad a scare as if he was using the drug.
