Subject: ADD & ADHD

How hard is it to be checked for this? I know there are some tests in schools for children but what about for us adults? I am seriously starting to consider this since it seems I am bounced around in my life so much it makes it hectic for me, more so that with others.

I really don't know of any where that offers this, but I think I good place to start with is your doctor. S/he should be able to recommended someone or a program for you.
