Subject: | About Chorea | |
The wife of my uncle has chorea. Chorea according to wikipedia is "an abnormal involuntary movement disorder, one of a group of neurological disorders called dyskinesias." She has the Huntington's disease type of chorea. She could drop anything she is holding without knowing it. The doctors told my uncle that there is no cure for this disease. This disorder is hereditary and my cousin of 1 year old could acquire it too. My question is there a procedure or drug to make sure that my cousin could prevent having that disease in the future? |
