Subject: Inversion Therapy

This is where you get put on a sort of table and get hung semi upside down by your ankles. This is supposed to decompress the spine. Supposed to be good for your discs and all. I am tempted to give it a whirl because I have a disc problem that does not ever get better. I'm reluctant to part with large amounts of money though. Anyone have any experience with this.

I have heard of it but have no personal experience. I read up on it and some sources say it increases risk of stroke while other sources say that that is nonsense. I'm not sure we were meant to hang upside down like but I can see the logic behind it.

I have heard of this but I'm not sold on how effective it would be. I should think while you are upside down, it may relieve stress on damaged discs but wouldn't they just go back to the same once you are upright again?

The chiropractor I used to see did something similar to me and it really did help me. I was tempted to try one of those things too but I really don't have anywhere to store such a thing at home.

It does sound tempting because when you have back pain it's just so hard to treat it properly. I am going to read up on it, sound interesting.

I'd like to try one. I don't know if I would like to pay a bunch for something like this but I sure could use some help with back pain. My back hurts all of the time and I'm no lightweight-gravity is not my friend.

I bet that feels nice. There are so many things though that could be replicated without all of the cost. This shouldn't cost an arm and a leg but I bet it does. I'd love to try it though.

I've seen these but I've never tried it. A friend of mine has one and swears by it. She says that it really helps with her back. She also says that she has regained some of her flexibility by using it. Of course she buys everything that comes out new.
