There are so many types of cheese but I have not been adventurous to type most of them. So far I have only had cheddar cheese and natural cheese. Those are tasty, what other types of cheese have you tried and what does it taste like?

I know about quite a few others, but I can't say I have tasted much. I know about blue cheese, goat cheese, plus the ones they put on pizza, those are very delicious.

I love to try different cheeses. One thing to keep in mind is that two different companies can make the same kind of cheese and it may not taste the same, so it's good to try different kinds from more than one source.

Gouda is one of my favorites. Also, soft goat cheese, especially melted on top of chicken in the oven.
