Subject: | Anyone try the BreatheRight strips? | |
Or any similar product to help relieve snoring? With pollen season starting where I am, I have been snoring worse than usual for a couple weeks. My partner is getting sleep deprived so I really need to do something. I do take allergy medications but I still am congested somewhat most of the time. I was thinking of giving the strips a try. I've avoided it before now because it seems like they would be uncomfortable. |

I have used them for breathing better at night to help with sinuses, but not so much with the snoring. Other than sometimes skin irritation thats the most issues I have with them. |

Yes. They worked great until I realized they have latex in them, and they started to burn. :( The husband says they work great though: and I can tell from the lack of snoring when his allergies are acting up. |

I wish they worked! They just didn't cut it when my husband tried them. He has allergies as well and snores terribly at night. I use ear plugs and we get along just fine. |

Depending on the shape of your nose it can be hard to find ones that fit well, which is the only complaint I've ever had about them. If you can fit them properly to open the nasal passages I've never seen them not work without major nasal malformations. |
