How hot is too hot for a toddler to be outside?

When a toddler is used to being in air conditioning, what temperature outside is considered too hot for them to be out for more than just a few minutes?

Just keep them in the shade and avoid too much direct sunlight. Make sure you put the sun screen on and like with anyone make sure they stay hydrated with plenty of water. If it is too hot for you, it is too hot for the little one.

I too have heard that if it's too hot for you then it's too hot for a baby and it it's too cold for you it's too cold for a baby. Baby's are so different from adults. Use your own judgment and go by the way you feel. Also, make sure both of you drink plenty of liquids in the summer months.

If its too hot for you, its way past too hot for a toddler. Being smaller it takes less time for them to heat up or cool down to a dangerous temperature. I'd say if you are second guessing yourself instead of just being paranoid (I'm sure you know the difference based on your past history) its a good indication that you should have the child in the shade, hydrated and in the path of a fan if no air conditioning is available.

I would keep them out of the sun as much as possible. Young children just cannot handle a lot of heat.

Keep them out of the sun as much as you can they can not cope with being in the sun for too long.
