Do these things really work well? I bought a dozen boxes of Halls Defense on clearance this weekend because of the flavor, but noticed they have zinc in them. I've never had much luck with it when they first put it on the market, but maybe it was just the formulation?

I don't know how well they actually work, but they do open up the old sinuses. That in itself tends to make one feel alot better! I like using them anytime I have a cold/sore throat even though they may not actually get rid of the illness.

I haven't tried anything specifically for the zinc, but the lozenges have generally treated me kindly. They help alleviate the most immediate of the symptoms, but nothing more.

Never even heard of these, damn I must be old. I actually have issues for some reason (that no doctor can find) that means to me I only get part of what I need, and no one can seem to figure it out.
