Does anyone know much about this? I received an ad discussing this and if it is for real it might be helpful for my back pain. I am however a cheapskate and really don't want to shell out any money without knowing that it is worth it. Also I suspect that some of this information is available free. Any info would be appreciated.

I have had them in the past but depending on what your issues are, depends on how how bad your back is. Any idea what the doc said (medical wise) is wrong with it?

Well, I don't know too much about it. A friend of mine used it for back pain and got pretty decent results. From several people I know who've had back surgery, I would definitely use alternative treatments before resorting to that.

Trigger point therapy is becoming more poplular with a lot of people. I would still be checked out by a medical doctor to be sure tnat no condition exists that would be aggravated by trigger point therapy before beginning.
