I don't want to use caffeine to help me work beyond my natural abilities, but I need something. Is there anything natural that you personally use to pick you up? |

I actually, and this will sound strange, use the scent of Vicks to give me a quick pick me up when I am feeling sluggish. I have also found that a quick jog up and down the steps helps too. |

B complex vitamins can help, and so can the scent of Vicks/eucalyptus as it clears the fog when you get tired. |

A shower usually does the trick for me, or a brisk walk outdoors first thing in the morning. Also, I heard once not to sleep with your blanket up to your neck because it leaves you groggy in the am. I don't know how true this is, but thought I'd throw it out there. |

I would agree with DianaR. You could get lots of energy immediately after taking Vitamin B. However, the next day, you will feel more tired! I don't know why but I had personally experienced it before. And that is why I stop taking them to keep me out of tiredness. Now I switched to chicken essence. |
