Subject: | Seasonal Allergies and Sinus Infections | |
I have been bothered by seasonal allergies since I was a child. As I have gotten older they have gotten worse. It used to be I was bothered by my sinuses in the spring and fall. Now it is whenever a weather system of any kind rolls through. Hot, cold, high, low it really doesn't matter it will set my sinuses off. My doctor just keeps adding medications and I am really getting tired of it. Does anyone know of any natural remedies I can try? |

Try a netti pot. Its this pot you use to wash your sinuses with, you use it to pour the water up your nose. It seems like a horribly uncomfortable process to me but a lot of people swear by it. |

It has been warm for two days now, really warm compared to the cooler days of the year and mine are acting up a great deal. I have spent most of the day stuffed up and now I am all runny nosed with a sinus headache. |
