Subject: | Relief of Back Pain without having Surgery | |
I have cronic back issues and I refuse to have back surgery when my chances of not being able to walk again is 75%. I just have a HUGE issue with that percentage! Any home remedies or other ideas would be greatly appreciated. |

Unfortunately my husband suffers bouts of sciatic, and I am still on the hunt for help for him. I can only find solutions that offer very temporary relief, but I wish that there was something I could do to offer more permanent relief. |

There are some back stretches that can be done that may relieve some of the pain, but they will not act as a cure. |

Well Thank you all for trying to help, but I think Ken said it best. Whom ever has back issues will probably suffer until their dying day. |

I had a herniated disc when I was 26. I was in the same boat- I was not having surgery. I went through traction, physical therapy and medicine. Slowly it just got better. There are stretches you can do to strengthen your back. I would ask your doctor for a sheet of these. I got mine from my doctor. I have an occasional flare-up these days. I am 35. I'm glad I didn't have the surgery. |
