Subject: | Oregano Oil | |
I use oregano oil to help clear a problem I have with my sinuses. I take eight drops of the stuff in a glass of juice. It is powerful stuff. I can barely drink it but it has made such a difference. |

Hmmm, that sounds worth trying. But, I have a real problem trying to drink my meds. Lately, I even have trouble talking myself into taking my pills. When you are on so much medicine, it can become overwhelming. I do have a lot of trouble with sinus infections. I am currently on three different sinus medications, plus an antibiotic for the infection part. Maybe, I could just put more oregano on my food? |

I did say it was powerful stuff. Sorry I didn't warn you about how bad it was going to taste. Hopefully it burned out some of the bug that you're coming down with. |

I've never heard of it. I would be interested in trying it though. I have sinus trouble all of the time and hate to take antibiotics all of the time. |

BTW, where would you get oregano oil? I've looked at my local GNC and they've never heard of it. Of course the one by me is a small one and doesn't have a full line of products. I think I'd like to try this to help keep my sinuses clear. I'm so tired of all of the sprays and pills! |
