Subject: | Natural Sleepiness Remedies | |
I'm up at gone 4am and cannot sleep-have been up for several hours for the third day running. I need to sleep better-what works for you, without being habit forming? |

What about warm milk? As nasty as it sounds for an adult I have tried this before along with a hot shower to relax me. And have the alarm on if you are waking that early too! |

Honey works well for me, sometimes I have it in a warm beverage, other times I have a spoon full, when I go off to sleep I sleep through the night and has to use an alarm to wake me in the morning. |

Using a vaporizer and a couple drops of the essential oils, Clary Sage or Roman Chamomile, can be used to relax and aid in relieving sleeplessness. |

I never really thought that much about using a vaporizer but it does make sense. When my roomie has this issue she uses something similar but its with a lavender smell. |
