Have you ever found dedicated meditation to help ease those occasional aches and pains that OTC's do not seem to help? |

I can't say that I've actually tried meditation. I used to have a friend who practised it. Would you say that the technique is fairly straight forward for someone trying it for the first time? |

I personally have never tried meditation. I have a close co-worker who is into those kinds of things and it never fails to amaze me how calm and peaceful she is all the time. Just speaking to her soothes my nerves. |

It has helped me in the past. I think many of our medical sicknesses, especially aches and pains are linked to how stressed we allow ourselves in become. Meditating normally put these things into perspective. |

I use to do this. Even to a lower standard it is helpful. Maybe 15 quiet minutes alone a day to process your thoughts. |

I have tried meditation, but it never really worked for me. I even tried biofeedback.. again never worked.. however for me, a ncie warm cup of tea works wonders to ooze as does a nice warm bubble bath to ease pain.... |
