Subject: | Kidney flush | |
My wife convinced me to try this Kidney flush product she bought me. Does this type of product really do any good. I have had a couple kidney stones in my time and don't relish getting another one. On the other hand I'm a tight wad and really don't like spending money for nothing either. |

I am not familiar with kidney flush products. I have heard of colon cleanse products and some of these are good and some are bad. I would research the product online or through Consumer Reports. |

Most people that I know just use cranberry juice since its cheaper. I am not sure how this would work but I would check out the reviews for it both online and with your doctor first. |

The cranberry juice is supposed to make the bladder walls hard for germs to stick to. As far as kidney stones, I don't know what it would do unless it's the change of pH that helps to prevent them. I know that cranberry juice is supposed to be good for the urinary tract and I've actually seen cranberry pills but I don't know if they would work the same. |
