Subject: | Kefir | |
I have been reading a lot recently about the positive effects of Kefir. Kefir is sold in organic health food stores and is a fermented milk/yogurt type drink. Has anyone else heard of or tried this product? It is supposed to be good for digestive health. |

It tastes wonderful-my favourite is blended with pomegranate juice. Very good for you, easy to digest, and yummy-give it a try! |

I love it! It's sold in the stores where I live and it was recommended to me instead of yogurt. I've been drinking/eating it ever since. |

Kefir is a cultured, enzyme-rich food filled with friendly micro-organisms that help balance our inner ecosystem. This is what I find in the net. I hope they are delicious to take. |

I've had Kefir before--It's like liquid yogurt. I wouldn't suggest putting it on cereal. I've used it in smoothies. There are flavored Kefirs which I hope to try soon. |
