Are there natural remedies out there that can help lower blood pressure? I have high blood pressure and am on two different medications. I would like to try to find a natural remedy that will lower my blood pressure without the side effects of my medications.

This is something I am not too sure of, I figure its possible but its not something I hear a good bit about when it comes to herbal alternatives instead of some other common ones.

Well there are things that can help but aren't alternative remedies really. The big thing is losing weight, as this can drastically reduce blood pressure, and also cutting the salt intake of your diet.

I do know that garlic can help stabilize blood pressure. If I understand correctly it does interfere with some blood thinner medications so I would check with a health care professional for advise on the subject.

This is something I worry about since HBP runs in the family. I try to do what I can, but every time I look around its like something new can cause it just as easy.

I never knew that about garlic and it is something to think about. Those types of drugs are ones I always hear about conflicting with others. Let us know how it turns out.

Is high blood pressure the one that makes you see spots and get like tunnel earing (not sure what its called) or is that low blood pressure?
