Does anyone here know much about these? I have read about them a great deal but I am still a little confused about how they really work.

I am not sure if these work or not but I have seen them online and in magazine ads. I think its possible since in this day most anything is but I have no idea how they work either.

It depends what you mean. There are crystals, and mineral rocks that are supposed to help. I actually used to carry a couple, and I had a silver cage on a chain that I wore that I kept my favourite in. It was very calming, I just used to sit and rub, or play with it.

I don't know how they work, I can only guess that its some kind of energy channelling.

I think I want to know the "proof" behind it if you want to call it that. Its something that I can not figure out and I do like puzzles, I guess I picked well.
