What is it about green tea that makes it so good for us? Are these same ingredients found in other teas as well? |

Green tea has antioxidants in it to help prevent molecules that can damage cells. I drink decaf green tea. There is also a womans one day vitamin that has green tea extract in it. |

It has antioxidants that are being preserved due to the way it is processed. That 's why Japanese can live so healthy and have long life as they drink green tea as often as we drink plain water. |

The only thing I find wrong with green tea is the taste. I think it is awful. |

I love it. I put a drop of honey in mine or even a lemmon. |

I love green tea, too. There are so many different versions or flavors of green tea now to choose from. The kind at natural food stores can be quite expensive, so I tend to stick with just Celestial Seasonings teas. An affordable organic green tea would be best, but I can't think of any good brands at the moment. The only thing about green tea is that in order to get the full benefits of it, you need to drink it often. I believe I remember reading somewhere that you need at least 4 cups (32oz). |
