Green tea is supposed to have the highest amount of antioxidants in it, but all teas have them. Do you drink tea for this reason (or just because you like it)? |

I drink tea because I like it and find it comforting on occasion. I do not like or drink green tea, though, just regular tea. I think it's silly to drink tea if you don't care for it as there are other ways to get antioxidants. |

Tea is a great tummy soother, comfort drink and has its health benefits but yeah...cranberry is correct, there are far better ways to high doses of antioxidants as well as other nutrients. Try Pomegranates, Blueberries or Acai Berry juice (Bolthouse Farms has a good Acai/Pomegranate blend). don't give up the green tea though...that's good stuff! |

I love drinking tea, and actually drink tea or something else throughout the day. I have green tea sometimes, but I don't go out of my way to get it, I generally just drink whatever is available. |

I am slowly starting to love tea and it has taken a long time. Many people in the south (and I am not a born/bred here type) love the sweet tea, but I am not that much for the sugar SUT as it seems that it leaves in my mouth, nasty taste too. |

I have never cared for tea but have found that I can tolerate green tea better than black. Personally, I take the green tea tablets. It's quicker and easier on my stomach as tea tends to upset it. |

Why is it that certain things we can only take in pill form? I have noticed this as well and it kind of confused me. As for the tea, I do better with green as well but I do not have it very often. |

I used to drink dark tea as a teen, its what was always around the house. Now I am learning to open up and realize there are more kinds out there in adult land. |

I see some teas advertised that all do about the same thing. Does anyone know whats up with the price difference of some of these then? |
