Does anyone have a good recommendation for natural arthritis remedies?

My grandmother has arthritis and is on all sorts of drugs. She doesn't like taking all those meds and I'm trying to help her find other options.

She could try a honey-lemon juice cocktail. Take 4-6 oz. of water, more or less depending on taste. In the water mix 1 tsp. of honey with 2 tsp. of lemon juice. That's it. She might try using chilled water, as well.

My wife takes a shell-fish free glucosamine, Devil's Claw and an anti-inflammatory pain killer. Doesn't solve everything but it helps. I don't know how helpful it would be in your case because everyone is different.

I've never heard of Devil's Claw. Is it common to find? Where do you buy it and is there anything I should watch out for with other medications?
