The Changes In Body

Have any of you experienced the aging process? Eyesight going, pains in your knees that weren't there yesterday? How about those gray hears popping out? It's so hard to cope with. Yesterday I was young. Okay, not yesterday. But suddenly I feel like my grandmother. What gives?

Yup. Starting to get more gray hairs in my beard than my 'natural' colour. I'm actually considering shaving it off because the ones on the top of my head are less noticeable. I'm very baby faced though and while it is nice being thought of as young looking I hate being treated like a kid on the job. I also used to be quite active in sports and have had to slow down a few notches. Just part of being human though.

As I have been growing older, I feel that my energy is decreasing. Back in the olden' days of my youth, I could run a mile.

Now, I simply don't want to get up sometimes. :\

I am still young, and never want to get old. It seems like a raw deal. We start off our lives needing to be taken care of and we end our lives needing to be taken care of. I don't like this cycle, and what I have to look forward too.

Yes, the pain of aging is depressing. My hair is just about all gray now. My body shape has changed dramatically over the last 5 - 10 years. I also have health problems that sometimes make me feel even older than I really am.

I'm just in mid-20's but I can feel something in my body that I should not feel right now. I guess I'm just reaping what I have done in my youth.

But growing old is just part of life, whether we accept it or not, it will take place. Its just a matter of when.
