Exercise and Aging

Do you think there is a relationship between exercise and aging? I hardly exercise and find that there are a lot of wrinkles in my forehead. And my stomach looks so ugly with lots of flabbing skin.

It's well known that there is a connection between exercise and health. No matter what your age, if you make certain that you try and use your body and exercise, it simply helps it work and function better.

It's like the old saying, use it or lose it.

Exercise is simply challenging your body to do a little more than it usually needs to do. You don't need to spend hours exercising, just spend as little as 30 minutes all through your day challenging your heart or muscles. You'll feel better no matter what your age is.

Excercise is just like a tune-up for your body. Or you can think of your self like a car. If a car sits in a garage and is never used, it will develop problems.

Exercise is important to keep you fit and I have read studies where it helps slow down the aging process as well.

No doubt, exercise is important no matter what age we are. 30 minutes a day can help you keep a healthy heart and body. But, a healthy diet is also key to keeping your body and heart healthy.

There is no doubt in the connection between the two. Your metabolism slows down with age, which means if you want to keep fit and healthy you should exercise regulary, regardless of your age.

I think any age can exercise and should do even if it is very little it is better than none at all.

I guess when so many of you said that exercise does slow down aging, it must be true then. It is beginning to motivate me to exercise. Perhaps I will wake up earlier tomorrow to jog around the park located near my house. By the way, I think you all must be very fit and young looking since you all know the benefits of exercise does to your age. Don't tell me you too didn't do any exercise!
