Appetite Stimulant?

Does anyone know of an appetite stimulant that may be effective for seniors?

My mother and my father-in-law are both experiencing loss of appetite, and in my mother's case it's affecting her proper nutrition.

well probably the best thing you can teach them is that you eat for nutrition and not because it taste good. You eat to keep living.

Once people get this through their heads they will start eating again if they want to live. Sorry if i sound callous but i'm a very practical person. My whole life changed when I started eating for life rather than for taste.

Well there's always marijuana, if they live in a state with legalized medical marijuana.

Will your mother take dietary supplements?

My granmother drinks ENSURE every day. It is really helping her. It took about 3 weeks (and it may be other things) but we believe this really helped.
