I think you can slow down the appearance of aging. I also think if you eat right and exercise you'll live longer. Slowing down aging though short of cryogenics I don't really no if anyone can help you. Any ad I've seen making such a claim has almost invariably turned out to be some kind of scam.

Whilst you cannot slow down the ticking clock - but you can slow down its effects. As Philbo advises, your diet might well be your best weapon. Some topical creams do help to enliven the skin and the exercise will make you feel as good as you look too.

Keep smiling and stay away from problems. Don't think too much. Exercise regularly. Have enough sleep. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. These are good tips to slow down aging for me.

Getting enough sleep is important to reducing the effects of aging as well.
