Aging should not be painful, in and of itself. Many people think so and don't go to the doctor when they have aches or pains. Pain is always a sign of something amiss and can most often be treated.

I don't think aging has to be painful. I believe that people are pushed into living in pain by the attitudes of others, though.

Your going to get more aches and pains as you age because the body is wearing out. Until our doctors find out what causes the gradual decay of your systems this is unavoidable.

I dont think aging needs to be painful, I suppose it depends on how you look after yourself in your youth. I have to admit that I am affraid of the declining health that can come with ageing.

Well, if you think aging is painful, you better go for exercises now.Do it daily and you won't know what is pain in your old age.
