How Much? 

  

How much weight do you need to lose? My doctor wants me to lose at least 20-25lbs, but I would ultimately like to lose at least 35-40. Right now I am 171 and 5'3".

I would love to be your weight tjg! I weigh in at about 260 and am also only 5"3. When I had my daughter I balooned up to 292. I lost down to 240 really fast but have gradually put on 20 lbs over the last few years. I honestly don't know why I keep this weight on other than lack of exercise. I normally eat only one moderate size meal a day and sometimes not even that. Sometimes, I just grab a couple of bites here and there a couple times a day but here I sit like a beached whale!LOL

I need to lose about 125 pounds. Part of the problem is my sedentary lifestyle. The other is my absolute love of chocolate. I am doing better at at least rationing myself and not eating the whole box at once. That's a start right?
