i would like to know that i would like to try some supplements to increase my energy level. I take medications that have side effects such as epival for seizures, effexor xr for depression, fosamax for low bone density, and rabeprazole for refux and the lowest dosage of clonazepam. I had been taking ribose with creatine but in a very low amount once a day. I stopped taking that and went to the site on maxone.com and try cellgevity and I think I got got worst after taking the capsule once a day. then again when I went to the hospita myl valproic acid was up to 850mg which I couldn't understand why. I still have back pain and low energy but not overly low. Only when I take my meds I start feeling tired. Can you please tell me if it's safe to take ribceine or cellgevity.
thank for any help you can offer meÂ
