Automotive have taken pay cuts all the way through, force pharmaceuticals to do the same. Starting at the top. It’s called lean manufacturing. It applies to ALL industries. Trim the fat. The scientist come up with the miracle drugs, not the investors or management, or the guy/lady at the counter.
