		<description><![CDATA[Yup, the ones who need it the most -  the uninsured or underinsured (who cannot afford the higher premiums for 2nd and 3rd tier coverage, which then include Rx  benefits), &quot;fall through the slats&quot; again. Now, not only do the rich get richer, they healthier, too. When the poor and used-to-be middle class all die, who will clean and polish the silver at the fat cat&#039;s   homes? Oh, I must forgotten,  our grandchildren and great grandchildren, who will be moonlighting to pay their atrocious taxes will do that.]]></description>
