Yup, the ones who need it the most – the uninsured or underinsured (who cannot afford the higher premiums for 2nd and 3rd tier coverage, which then include Rx benefits), “fall through the slats” again. Now, not only do the rich get richer, they healthier, too. When the poor and used-to-be middle class all die, who will clean and polish the silver at the fat cat’s homes? Oh, I must forgotten, our grandchildren and great grandchildren, who will be moonlighting to pay their atrocious taxes will do that.
