Positive Aspects of Zestril: controls high blood pressure
Negative Aspects of Zestril: can cause dry cough, lightheadedness when sitting up or standing
Reason for taking Zestril: to control my high blood pressure
Additional Comments: Zestril has been very effective in controlling my high blood pressure. I have experienced no side effects while taking this drug; although my sister did experience lightheadness for the first couple weeks after starting the medication.
