Positive Aspects of Mylicon:  It tasted good

Negative Aspects of Mylicon:  It didn't work

Reason for taking Mylicon:  Infant with gas

Additional Comments:  My daughter had very obvious gas for some time. The medicine just did nothing unfortunately. I was later told that only gas in certain parts of the stomach can be treated with this. Clearly my daughter's was elsewhere. We finally used exercise and baby wearing to overcome her issues.

Positive Aspects of Mylicon:  it helped with gas a little bit

Negative Aspects of Mylicon:  It didn't help even as much as OTC drugs

Reason for taking Mylicon:  gas pains in my daughter

Additional Comments:  My daughter had some very painful gas and after over the counter meds didn't entirely solve it, we were given this. It did help slightly, but overall it was not very effective. Fortunately a change in diet helped and she also eventually outgrew it.
