Additional Comments:   If taken with an anticoagulant like Warfarin or coumadin it will increase bleedout time. It is not recommended for use iwth certain orla antidiabetics or Type II diabetes. Additional Comments:  Thyroid fluctuations are the first sign of menopause. I've been on the lowest dose, but recently was put on progesterone cream for perimenopause and with my last bloodwork, my thyroid improved even more.
