Positive Aspects of Hydrocodone with ibuprofen :  It dulls the pain I have that usually doesn't respond to narcotics.

Negative Aspects of Hydrocodone with ibuprofen :  Constipation

Reason for taking Hydrocodone with ibuprofen :  extreme arthritis pain in my hips

Additional Comments:  If used for pain, this drug works.

Negative Aspects of Hydrocodone with ibuprofen :  Occasional nausea if taken without food

Reason for taking Hydrocodone with ibuprofen :  Pain not relieved by ibuprofen or OTC drugs alone.

Additional Comments:  I would rate this drug very highly, because it is an excellent pain reliever. I have taken the version of this drug without ibuprofen(hydrocodone) and I do find that this is a little bit better at managing pain due to the added ibuprofen. I believe this drug comes in only 7.5 mg dosage, while hydrocodone comes in 5, 7.5, and 10 mg dosages.
