Positive Aspects of Biofreeze topical:  Works topically with no systemic effects.

Negative Aspects of Biofreeze topical:  It can irritate the skin if you have sensitive skin.

Reason for taking Biofreeze topical:  Back and arm pain.

Additional Comments:  Biofreeze is a topical product used as a counter irritant on the skin for pain. I use it for pain in my back and in my right arm due to a pinched nerve. It really works well and leaves no lasting over all effects. I really love it and have kept it on hand since I found it. It has saved me from taking quite a few pain pills which I would rather not take if I don't have to. This is now a permanent part of my pain relief arsenal.
