Additional Comments:  I have not expirienced any negative side effects but have heard that suicidal thoughts and sleep walking can occur.

Additional Comments:  Especially go for Ambien CR if your plan allows for it.

Reason for taking Ambien:  I have not had decent sleep in a 4 month time span

Additional Comments:  I had few issues with this other than getting used to sleeping. I had a couple of nights where I did not sleep fully but I think its because I had caffeine too late in the day.
